Rolling Tides Construction Inc. is a locally owned construction and development company serving coastal British Columbia. We specialize in single-family homes, residential construction, commercial projects, and Missing Middle housing development — delivering high-quality builds with long-term value.

What we build

Our work includes custom single-family homes, home renovations, small-scale residential developments, and full construction project management. We actively support Missing Middle development through thoughtfully designed low-rise, multi-unit housing that strengthens communities while maintaining livability and durability.

Book an Initial Call

Every project starts with a conversation. Book a call with our pre-construction manager and we’ll meet you exactly where you’re at — whether your project is an early idea, a long-term goal, or a fully developed concept ready to move forward.

During this call, we’ll discuss your vision, priorities, timeline, and overall project scope to determine the best next steps.

Pre-Construction Planning

Once aligned, we enter into a pre-construction agreement. This phase is where your project is thoughtfully planned and prepared for success.

Active Construction

Substantial Completion & Deficiency Review

As construction nears completion, we conduct a detailed deficiency walkthrough at substantial completion. This ensures all final items are identified, addressed, and completed to standard.

Final Completion & Handover

Once all deficiencies are resolved, we complete final inspections and hand over your finished project. The result is a well-built space, delivered with care, clarity, and confidence.
