Who We Are
Rolling Tides Construction Inc. is a locally owned construction and development company serving coastal British Columbia. We deliver residential, commercial, public, and development projects with a focus on quality, accountability, and long-term value.
Our experience spans single-family homes, multi-unit residential construction, commercial spaces, and Missing Middle housing—bringing the same level of care and professionalism to every project, regardless of scale.
What We Build
Our work spans custom single-family homes, residential renovations, small-scale developments, commercial construction, and public-sector projects. We provide full construction and project management services, supporting projects from early planning through completion.
Our public work includes colleges, schools, secure facilities, and federally managed projects such as Defense Construction Canada initiatives. We also deliver institutional and correctional projects where safety, coordination, and strict compliance are critical.
In parallel, we are actively involved in Missing Middle development—delivering thoughtfully designed low-rise, multi-unit housing that strengthens communities while prioritizing durability, livability, and long-term performance.

Book an Initial Call
Every project starts with a conversation. Book a call with our pre-construction manager and we’ll meet you exactly where you’re at — whether your project is an early idea, a long-term goal, or a fully developed concept ready to move forward.
During this call, we’ll discuss your vision, priorities, timeline, and overall project scope to determine the best next steps.

Pre-Construction Planning
Once aligned, we enter into a pre-construction agreement. This phase is where your project is thoughtfully planned and prepared for success.

As construction nears completion, we conduct a detailed deficiency walkthrough at substantial completion. This ensures all final items are identified, addressed, and completed to standard.

Once all deficiencies are resolved, we complete final inspections and hand over your finished project. The result is a well-built space, delivered with care, clarity, and confidence.
